Procrastination is the thief of time.

         — Edward Young

There are two things we tend to procrastinate –  our work and our play.  Both of these rob us of time and pleasure.  Work that is put off  builds up and keeps us from taking pleasure in our “free” time.  Play that is delayed makes us feel as though we work all of the time without enjoying ourselves.  What about finishing that closet or garage cleaning and taking that trip to the lake you’ve been looking forward to?  When we do our work and our play without procrastinating and without sacrificing either one, we will enjoy harmony in our lives.
