Dr. Betty Bailey has been consulting with CEO’s and corporate leaders for over 25 years to create strategies, processes and programs driving business success. During this time she has served her clients as an internal and external coach, consultant and facilitator of large systems change. She has led organizational and team interventions which include: mergers and acquisitions, cross company process improvements, creation of career management systems to improve employee retention, designing and implementing talent management programs to increase the talent pipeline, programs to develop and retain women professionals and competency based leadership development programs.
Dr. Bailey has provided consulting and coaching services to a wide range of Fortune 500 business clients, serving as their partner in the sectors of health care, information technology, non profits, semiconductor manufacturing, insurance, financial services and professional services.
Currently, Betty is a Partner at Reliant Consulting, responsible for the coaching, consulting and leadership development practice. Prior to her work with Reliant, she was the leader for Lee Hecht Harrison’s consulting and coaching practice in New England.
Her business career spans 17 years as an internal leader for a Fortune 50 high technology company holding positions in Quality, Human Resources and Organization Development in manufacturing, engineering, marketing and corporate functions.
She holds her Doctorate and M.S. degrees in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. She has authored numerous internal and external articles, been a sought after speaker for national conventions and was elected as an Outstanding Young Woman in America.
