Claudia Arthrell, MSW, LCSW
Claudia Arthrell, MSW, LCSW has worked at Family & Children’s Services for the past 29 years presenting professional seminars, directing and developing programs, and providing individual, marriage, family therapy mediation and divorce coaching in her private practice. Claudia is currently the Director of Professional Services at F&CS.
Recently, Claudia has joined Jean Kelley Leadership Alliance as a seminar presenter and Personal Coach. She has developed several seminars on Working with Multi-Generations, Recruiting and Retaining Staff, and Developing Workplace Leadership Skills.
Claudia writes a monthly column, Teens N Tweens, in the local Tulsa Kids Magazine as well as regularly presenting community education programs. Nationally, Claudia has co-presented many professional seminars to multi-disciplined audiences.
Claudia is currently a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Employees Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), Oklahoma Arbitration & Mediation Academy (OAMA), and the Academy of Clinical Social Workers (ACSW). She has been recognized by the Oklahoma Association of Marriage and Family Therapists as an Outstanding Clinician and received the Pinnacle Award from the Mayors Commission on the Status of Women.

William Z. Anthony, Ph. D.
Dr. Bill Anthony is Founder and President of Anthony Partners, Inc., a highly successful regional consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado. Bill and his colleagues have established an excellent reputation for developing innovative approaches and methodologies in the areas of executive selection, leadership development, strategic planning and executive team alignment. Prior to establishing the firm in 1984, he was a leading senior consultant with the world’s oldest and largest firm of management psychologists and more recently he served as Senior Vice President of Organizational Consulting for a large global consulting firm.
Bill’s extensive professional training and experience as a Consulting Psychologist, combined with over twenty-five years of business experience represent a highly valuable resource for client organizations. Bill received his doctorate in Psychology from the University of Houston. After serving as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force for three years, he completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He holds diplomate status with the American Board of Professional Psychology and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. He taught as adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Medical School, University of Denver (Daniels School of Business and the Psychology Graduate School), Metropolitan State University and Northern Michigan University.
Teri Aulph
Teri is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the principal consultant at Teri Aulph Consulting, LLC. As a speaker, author and consultant, Teri has proven success in leadership development & training, talent management, organizational development, change management and operational excellence.
What sets Teri apart is the journey she traveled to ‘Global Vice President in a Fortune 500 company’ in less than three years and the lessons she has gleaned from her experiences.
Teri has held executive positions in Fortune 500 companies in the high tech and automotive industries. She is a keynote speaker on various leadership and business topics and has spoken at global summits in Germany, France and the United States. In addition, she was featured as a guest speaker at Fortune Magazine.
Her first book was released October 1, 2010, ‘Experience Job Satisfaction.’

Volunteering has been a mainstay in Teri’s life for many years. This year, her volunteer effort has taken a new and amazing turn. Teri has developed a leadership curriculum for children ages 10 – 13. This program is getting national and international attention as a way to begin the development of leadership at the elementary level.
Barbara Bannon
Barbara’s specialty is in the area of conflict management and mediation with both individuals and in a team. She also designs and instructs workshops on a variety of leadership and management topics. She is certified through the Supreme Court of Oklahoma to do both civil and divorce mediation and conducts 100s of mediations each year. Barbara is the author of the book, “Risky Business.”
As an Organizational Consultant and Coach, Barbara Bannon has spoken and/or consulted with over 500,000 people in Corporate America in her 25+ year career. Prior to her many years of consulting, she had a position with a Fortune 500 company where she was responsible for employee relations, recruiting and hiring for 900 Headquarters employees, and training and organization development corporate-wide for over 6000 employees.
She also consults in the not for profit arena and was awarded the paragon award for community leadership for her work with the not for profit sector. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University where she was given special recognition as an outstanding instructor.

Lacey Cline, MA, ACCC
A native of Tulsa, Lacey Cline is a certified career coach. With a passion for seeing others pursue their life purpose, Lacey specializes in career advisement. Whether she helps an individual pinpoint unique abilities, perfect interview skills, select a college major, or identify learning gaps to enhance the overall college experience, she will ensure clients feel at ease.
Lacey currently works in Human Resources focusing on employee development. She has experience in marketing, staffing and recruiting, project management, leadership development, mentoring, career advisement and training.
Lacey obtained her Business Administration degree in Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and her Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics and Human Resource Management from the University of Oklahoma. She has worked in the computer industry as well as the personnel, legal and financial industries.
D. Scott Cooksey
D. Scott Cooksey is Founder and Senior Trainer of Cooksey Connects, a professional speaking and corporate training practice based in Houston, Texas. Cooksey Connects was founded following Scott’s thirteen-year career in banking and financial services, during which he successfully turned around one investment practice and founded another. He has since built his speaking and training practice through his work with both student and business leaders.
Cooksey has spoken to thousands of students across the United States as a Certified Speaker for Monster.com’s Making It Count Programs, providing students the tools they need to make smart decisions and set themselves up for success in their life after high school.

Cooksey is a graduate of Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business, holding a degree in Business Administration. He is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa, past Chair of Young Professionals of Tulsa, and currently serves as the Director of Communications for the Houston Chapter of the National Speakers Association. As a young man, Scott earned the rank of Eagle Scout. In 2006, he was nominated for the Carnegie Hero Fund Award for his assistance in the rescue of an unknown man from a burning apartment.

Brian Epperson, Ph.D.
Dr. Brian Epperson is Founder and CEO of Human Performance Advisors, a coaching and consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, legal and compliance advisory, audit, corporate-wide change, organization and leadership development, culture and team development, organizational reorganizations, and business startups. Robert E. Jackson

Rob Jackson is an Operations Engineer for Newfield Exploration’s Mid-Continent Division in Tulsa, OK as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Leonidas International, INC., a non-profit supporting physically and emotionally wounded Veterans.
Rob completed two year-long deployments to Iraq within five years of active duty service and two years in the Army Reserves (Tulsa) as the Brigade Headquarters Company Commander before ending his time of uniformed service as a Captain.
In addition to his normal duties at Newfield, Rob also consults on sourcing top military talent into the organization.
Rob recently completed the first of many recreational fundraising events planned by his non-profit to support the healthy reintegration of wounded Veterans into society by summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest free standing mountain and the fourth tallest peak in the world.
Rob received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA at Pennsylvania State University.

Kevin E. O'Connor, CSP
Kevin E. O’Connor, CSP, (MA, Education, St. Xavier College; MA, Counseling Psychology, Alfred Adler Institute: MA, Spirituality, Loyola University) is a leadership consultant and professional speaker. He specializes in working with professionals (physicians, engineers, information technologists, dentists, nurses, and others) who have been promoted to leadership positions where they now lead their former peers.
Since 1976, Kevin has spoken professionally more than 85 times per year on average. He has coached 125 professionals around the country and teaches graduate students at Chicago’s Loyola University as well as teaches at Columbia College, Chicago’s performing arts school.
