About Jean
Jean Maslanka Kelley is the Managing Director of Jean Kelley Companies, including CollegeMajorFinder.com and Jean Kelley Leadership Alliance. Based in Tulsa, OK, she’s passionate about family, dogs, competitive sports car driving, writing, art, gardening, and John Deere tractors.
Jean's career began with Jean Kelley Search, later founding JK Temps and Jean Kelley Training, where she personally interviewed 10,000+ candidates and led 60,000+ searches. Her company earned Inc. Magazine’s Positive Performer Award and a state commendation before she sold it in 2001.
An alumna of Harvard Business School’s OPM29 program, Jean is also Master Level Certified in the Birkman Method, DiSC, and other tools. Her business insights have been featured in over 50 journals, and she’s authored four books.
Jean has been deeply involved in the Tulsa community, receiving numerous accolades, including Woman of the Year nominations, the Pinnacle Award from Leadership Tulsa, and the Female Entrepreneur of the Year award. She served on the board of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce for nine years and has held leadership roles in over 15 nonprofits.
