Background
Jean Maslanka Kelley is the Managing Director of the Jean Kelley Companies. Jean Kelley Leadership Alliance through training and coaching, has supported hundreds of leaders and high-potential professionals in the US, Canada and Europe. With over 20 years of executive coaching experience, she has experience in the financial field, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
Professional Journey
Jean’s professional journey began in with Jean Kelley Search, soon she started JK Staffing and Jean Kelley Training. Her company earned the Inc. Magazine Positive Performer Award and a commendation from the state governor before she sold it to enter the field of executive coaching.
An alumna of Harvard Graduate Business School’s OPM29 program, Jean also holds certifications from the University of the South School of Theology and is Master Level Certified in the Birkman Method and Birkman Mindset. She is also certified in DiSC and several other instruments. Her business insights have been published in over 50 trade journals. She has five books in print.
Community Involvement
Jean’s dedication and enthusiasm also extends to community involvement. She’s been nominated for Woman of the Year in Oklahoma and received the Pinnacle Award from Leadership Tulsa. She served on the board of the Tulsa Chamber for nine years, Youth Services for 6 years, Resonance for 6 years and most recently Goodwill Tulsa Inc. for 8 years, as well as leadership roles in over 15 nonprofits.
For six years, she was a weekly guest on Tulsa’s CBS affiliate, KOTV, and hosted a drive-time segment on FM Radio. Her accolades include the Chamber’s Tulsa’s Female Entrepreneur of the Year, a place in her high school’s Hall of Fame, and awards from lesser-known organizations.
